Eastern Canadian larch, end-grain construction and rubber feet; Standard Line permits natural cosmetic variations.
Larch Wood's Small Cutting Board in the Standard Line pairs an end-grain surface with the distinctive patterns of eastern Canadian larch. This random-design version measures 17.75 by 11 inches and rests on rubber feet secured with stainless-steel screws. Standard Line boards can include natural colour variations or blemishes, which distinguish them from the maker's Premium range. It suits home cooks who want a substantial wooden prep surface that can also serve food at the table. The maker recommends its board conditioner; buyers should plan for wood care rather than treat it like a dishwasher-safe plastic board.
