Choose a Hemlock & Oak paper format

Start with how you use a page: scheduled appointments, open notes or a coordinated order for a group. A dated planner, notebook collection and custom book programme solve different needs. The paper, cover finish and fulfilment conditions need their own check.

Do I need dated hours or an open notebook?

The selected weekly hardcover uses a Monday-start hourly layout and guided reflection. Notebooks instead offer dotted, graph and lined formats in different sizes. Choose the page structure first, then confirm the current dated edition or notebook specification.

Which cover and paper details need attention?

The selected planner specifies 120 gsm paper and lay-flat binding. Cover finishes differ by colour, and neither coated nor uncoated covers are waterproof. Notebook paper weights also vary, so do not transfer one book’s specification to the whole shop.

Is the custom programme right for my order?

The custom route has a minimum of 100 books and uses available signature interiors with foil options. It is a bulk programme, not an individual bespoke planner. Ask about the current production window, capacity and fulfilment queue.

2027 Weekly Planner — Hardcover

A Monday-start hourly layout with guided reflection, 224 pages of Heritage 120gsm paper and lay-flat binding. The exact page states Canadian printing and binding with domestic and imported materials.

Confirm the colour and fulfilment queue; older pre-orders ship first. Fawn is coated, while some other colours are uncoated. Neither finish is waterproof. The lower August shipping FAQ is older than the dated October production update.

collection

Notebooks and journals

Dotted, graph and lined notebooks in several sizes, with different paper weights and hardcover or flexible covers. The collection states Canadian design, printing and binding.

This is family-level evidence. Check the exact size, layout, paper, cover and stock; Canadian binding does not imply domestic materials. The FAQ describes Archivist papers made with a European mill.

Custom planners and notebooks

Custom book orders using the maker's signature interiors, with gold foil options on covers and spines.

Minimum 100 books. The page schedules orders in Q1–Q3, subject to available interiors and capacity. Ask about timing and pricing; this is not an individual bespoke planner or a confirmed current booking.

Your next steps.

  • Choose page layout and the current dated edition.
  • Check exact paper, cover finish and colour.
  • Separate a single-book order from the bulk custom programme.

Before you buy or book.

Confirm the selected colour and shipping queue: older pre-orders go first, and some other 2027 layouts are still being bound. Cloth covers are not waterproof; uncoated finishes mark more easily. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Vegan cover materials do not make the whole book vegan; the maker's FAQ notes an adhesive limitation.

The Canadian connection.

The official site identifies Coquitlam headquarters and Toronto manufacture. The selected weekly hardcover states Canadian design, printing and binding with domestic and imported materials. This supports the business and exact-product connection, without establishing current ownership or every accessory's origin.
